INTRODUCTION

Diploma of Management is specially designed program for working adults to advance career prospects and develop the essential aspects of management required in medium to large organisations with this course.

The students will gain valuable skills in managing projects, organisation’s operational and financial plans, facilitating continuous improvement and quality customer service.

The students also will learn how to recruit and manage your team to best performance and may choose from an extensive range of electives such as developing policy for sustainability, leading change within workplace or developing marketing plans.

After successful completion, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for employment as a manager or executives in medium to large organisations.

FURTHER STUDY OPTIONS
You may be eligible to progress into second year of degree program University of Wales (UK) locally that are fully recognized by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and Public Service Department (Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam –JPA) or universities in Australia that are linked to Box Hill Institute include Deakin University and other Australian universities for many popular courses. Students who have successfully completed a Diploma can receive up to 1½ years credits towards University or Box Hill Institute Bachelor Degrees.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

§ STPM – 2 principles with 1 years working experience/operating own business

**Those who are NOT qualifying the above criteria could be assessing by attending an interview.

Part time - 1 year (2 weekends – Saturday & Sunday – 4 days)
